Nayesha Pruitt, LPC

Nayesha is a healer, writer, educator, mother, wife, sister, sister-friend, and recovering people pleaser. In addition to serving as a therapist as F.L.Y. Radical Therapy, she also serves as a Co-Founder and COO of Project Restore Initiative, LLC, a trusted partner standing in solidarity with communities of color and other marginalized communities in an effort to affirm the full dignity of their humanity and to make an impact on the disparities and inequities that so often create obstacles to collective well-being.

Jessica Johana Juarez, M.Ed., LPC, NCC 

Born in Guatemala and raised in Chicago, at the core, Jessica is grounded in providing culturally responsive support, honoring and celebrating multiple identities, cultural values, and beliefs.


Monimia “Mimi” Macbeth, LCPC

Grounded in a holistic perspective, Mimi integrates radical therapy, person-centered theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs. Recognizing the profound impact of systemic change and social justice on individual and community healing, she embraces a trauma-informed and healing-centered methodology. In her therapy sessions, Mimi strives to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals can explore their experiences and challenges, fostering positive change.

Alex is a Chicana from the Southwest side of Chicago. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
