The practice style of F.L.Y. Radical Therapy is focused first on individual challenges with the systemic impacts on mental wellness and also includes developing community support and engagement.

Mental wellness for BIPOC benefit from creating healing communities that encourages growth and sustainability. Hence, the intentional space where therapy is held is a collaboration with holistic-based approaches to healing with a vision to build a future of healthier communities.

Therapy (i.e. an intentional healing journey) is a commitment to integrative awareness, with others, and helping others to get there.
